BUY
When ordering over the Internet entered into an agreement to purchase when you press "Confirm Order" to your basket. Then automatically sends a provisional order confirmation (order status) to you via e-mail (provided you leave your correct email address). You can then check what you have ordered from us. If something has gone wrong or if you want to change something, please contact us via email or telephone. You can later go in and see your order on our website.
Orders from Norway are handled by our agent.
PRICES
Prices shown in our online store and is always present. Beomat reserves the right at any time to adjust prices. In the event of a price increase for total orders, we will contact you before delivery. You have the right to cancel the purchase. Neither price reductions or price increases as presented in our online store affect orders already left our warehouse.
DELIVERY TERMS
When goods are sent to the carrier ends our responsibility for the goods / products. For shipping damage contact the freight forwarding company.
Shipping charges will be added to all orders and is calculated and communicated to the customer before shipping!
SHIPPING INFORMATION, in Sweden
If your order is ready for shipment, ship it within five working days from the date we received it into our system. Once your order has left us, you will automatically receive a delivery confirmation (provided that you leave your correct email address)
If we have to produce a product the delivery time may be longer.
SHIPPING INFORMATION, outside Sweden (all sale to US and Norway is handled by agents)
We also deliver outside of Sweden, we normally sale so called "Ex Works"but we are happy to help with arranging freight and cooperate with DHL, but any additional charges such duty paid by the consignee.
PAYMENT
Invoice - Individuals: Pay within 30 days.
Invoice - Company: Credit reporting is performed on all businesses. Payment condition is usually 30 days net unless otherwise agreed or expressly requested by the customer.
Advances: Pay in advance to our bank. Takes longer than other payment methods when it normally takes 3 working days before we see your payment. Advances are often used for smaller orders can be sent by mail. We would rather recommend other payment manner as they are faster than the advance. Your package is sent once payment received.
We do not include contracts with minors without parental consent.
GUARANTEE / CLAIM
Of course, you have the guarantee of all the products you purchase with us. At least 1-year warranty on all products. In practical terms, it works so, in Sweden, that if you have any problems during the warranty period, please contact us. info@beomat.se

Injuries reports to transporting company.

Beomat reserves the right for any errors in product information found in the internet shop and can neither guarantee that the pictures accurately reflect the true appearance.
